Robert Bailey is an American Wall Street Journal bestselling author of thrillers.

He is widely known for writing the Jason Rich series, the McMurtrie and Drake thrillers, the Bocephus Haynes series, and the inspirational standalone, The Golfer's Carol (2020).

A native of Huntsville, Alabama, he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Davidson College in North Carolina, before proceeding to Law School at the University of Alabama.

At the latter, he somehow still found the time to make Law Review, compete on the school’s trial team, and watch every home football game.

A civil defense trial lawyer for more than two decades, he currently lives in his hometown of Huntsville with his wife, kids, and several pets.
