Lawana Blackwell is an American author of inspirational and historical fiction novels.

Although she has written a number of series, including the Victorian Serenade Series, and Tales of London Series, Lawana is best known for writing the bestselling Gresham Chronicles.

Passionate about reading and writing from as early as her playground days, Lawana always aspired to write rich and uplifting stories which her readers will not only get lost in, but also get greatly inspired by.

Although she lives in Louisiana, most of her books are set in rural England in the 19th century.

A full-time novelist, Lawana lives in Baton Rouge, Louisiana with her dearest husband with whom she has three grown sons.
