Stark

Stark is a secret consortium with immense money and a despicable level of social conscience.

Even worse is that it knows that the Earth hasn’t got much time left.

Somewhere in the heart of Western Australia where the Aboriginals used to milk the trees, a planet-sized plot is being launched.

If you're facing the wealthiest and most inhuman plot in history, sticking up two fingers and saying 'peace' just isn’t enough.

Lose your life in the name of freedom? Lose your life in the name of oil and steel? Choked on carbon monoxide and strangled with a pair of fluffy dice.

How did we ever reach here? How did we end up getting destroyed by the ultimate freedom machine?

How is it that we drove to our own funeral, in someone else's gravy train?

Although Deborah and Geoffrey know, they already have their fair share of transport problems.

Besides, whoever killed the city could very easily kill them too.

Picture a world where everyone knows everything about everybody: a place where 'sharing' is the most important thing while privacy is an act of deviance.

Although Trafford is bold and doesn’t exactly follow the crowd, he wouldn't really call himself a rebel.

But in a world where uniformity is everything, even the slightest bit of rebellion can never go unnoticed.

This brutally comical novel takes us through a post-apocalyptic society where religious bigotry combines with a sex-drive, self-seeking culture.

Upstart Crow

It’s during the 1590s.

William Shakespeare has just begun his career all thanks to David Mitchell.

But none of that deters him from coming up with a befitting ending for his latest creation, Romeo and Juliet.

He draws several inspirations from some of the trials and tribulations that his closest friends and family reveal.

And that just doesn't help him come up with this famous tragedy, but also for a number of his best plays.
