He is also an engineer and holds an MBA (Faculty Gold Medal 1984) from the Indian Institute of Management in Bangalore.

Shakti has served in the corporate sector in India and overseas for nearly forty years.

A professional certified Coach, Mentor and Trainer, Shakti runs Leadership Workshop cum coaching programs for organizations in an effort to grow and upgrade Leadership Incubation globally.

He is also a visiting professor at IIMs.

An avid blogger and globetrotter passionate about discovering new places and cultures, Shakti currently lives in Kolkata, India, with his beloved wife Sanchita.

The couple has two beautiful daughters.
