Cathy Kelly is an Irish author of romance and chick lit novels.

Born in Belfast but raised in Dublin, Cathy spent thirteen years as a newspaper journalist with a national Irish Sunday newspaper, working on news, features, film criticism and spending sometime as an agony aunt.

In 1997, she however made the decision to pursue her dreams and publish her debut novel, Woman To Woman—her very first international bestseller.

Now a full-time writer, Cathy has since published millions of books around the world, becoming a No.1 bestseller in the UK, Ireland and Australia.

She currently lives in County Wicklow, Ireland with her family and their three dogs.
