Amy worked briefly as a high school English teacher before deciding to open a dancing studio. She would go on to open two successful dance studios in the northwest Houston area.
When she went into retirement after having her first child, Amy turned to writing as a way of expressing her creativity.
The mom of two currently lives in Cypress, Texas with her family.
Amy is quite passionate about modern quilting, which she promises is a lot cooler than it sounds.
