Born in Worcester, England, she graduated with a degree in Psychology from the University of Northumbria, before pursuing a career in instructional design and e-Learning.

Since leaving her work in 2014 to become a full-time writer, Cally has sold over a million copies of her books, which have been translated into more than 25 languages.

She currently lives in Bristol with her partner and their young son.
