Food, Girls, and Other Things I Can't Have

Things used to be pretty easy for Andrew Zansky.

All he did was hang with the Model U.N. guys, skive gym class, and eat as much as he could.

He never fit in anywhere, and couldn’t care less.

All that however changed the day he met April, the new girl at school who stole his heart.

Although he wants to win her love, he doesn’t know how.

When O. Douglas, the golden boy quarterback, rescues him from a thorough beating from the school bully, Andrew views it as an opportunity to befriend the football team.

Will he reinvent himself in sophomore year just to impress a girl?

Enter Summer, a lovely young actress.

Since You Left Me

Sanskrit Aaron Zuckerman has a hard time believing. Why wouldn’t he when everyone he loved him left?

His dad left after separating with his mom. The one who stole his heart left in second grade. His closest friend in Jewish school became closer to God and forgot about him.

As if that were not enough, his mom—who has fallen head over heels with her spiritual guru—is also on the verge of leaving.

However, Sanskrit comes up with a plan to bring everyone back; one that involves telling a tiny lie.

People suddenly start returning.

But how long before the truth emerges?

Hungry: Lessons Learned on the Journey from Fat to Thin

A huge man should have a huge, healthy appetite. That is what Allen Zadoff told himself for many years.

In fact, he never thought that there was anything wrong with his incredibly huge size.

By the time he was twenty-eight, Allen was already weighing 350 pounds.

His apparently manageable weight issue was increasingly affecting his life negatively.

After lukewarm dieting and guilty stints of food binging, Allen started putting more effort into the physical and emotional aspect of things, ultimately discovering that his actions were as a result of a disease.

This book looks into his extraordinary journey from fat to thin.

I Am the Mission

He neither has a name nor a past. He is also unrepentant of his actions.

That made Boy Nobody the perfect fit for The Program.

Problems however arose when he started asking far too many questions.

In an effort to prove his loyalty to The Program, Boy Nobody is assigned a new task.

The new assignment involves eliminating Eugene Moore, a dangerous figure who runs a radical military training camp for teens.

Although it sounds like a walk in the park, the mission is quite deadly, as the previous agent couldn’t complete it and is even presumed dead.

Nothing will go as planned…

Upon freeing Howard and Tanya, an enigmatic girl who was similarly imprisoned, the two help Boy Nobody to uncover more about his father.

But as Boy Nobody will soon discover, nobody should be beyond suspicion.

Still trying to avoid being captured by The Program, Boy Nobody is forced to confront his past.
