Vince Flynn books in order

Vincent Joseph Flynn, fondly known as Vince Flynn, was an American author who moved from being a self-published author to a New York Times #1 Bestseller.

Born in St. Paul, Minnesota, as the fifth of seven children, Vince studied in St. Thomas Academy before pursuing a degree in economics at the University of St. Thomas.

A writer by day and a bartender by night during his early years, it took Vince Flynn five years and well over sixty rejection letters before he resorted to self-publishing his first novel; a leap of faith that paid massive dividends as Term Limits went to on to become number one in the Twin Cities.

Flynn lived with his wife, Lysa, and their three children in the Twin Cities before succumbing to prostate cancer in 2013, aged 47.

Term Limits

When three of the most powerful politicians in Washington are executed in one bloody night, the assassins make pressing requirements that could alter the course of history.

Having issued an ultimatum, the killers demand that the American government do away with partisan politics and restore power back to the people; more so in regards to having a balanced budget amendment and introducing congressional term limits.

With the demands, the assassins make it apparent that no one is beyond their reach—not even the president.

A joint task force of the FBI and CIA soon discovers that the killers are elite military commandos, albeit unsure of who exactly they are and where their next target will be.

Michael O'Rourke, a former U.S. Marine who is currently serving his first term as congressman, has a clue of what could have sparked the violence. It’s however related to a dark incident from his past; one that could have severe implications for his country's future.
