Vic Lenoski Mystery Books
Detective Vic Lenoski is handed the case of a lifetime involving the brutal killing of a venture capitalist renowned for financing high-tech and robotics start-ups.
Things are however not working for him as Vic is not only still struggling with personal loss, but is also continually pestered by a commander who isn’t his biggest fan.
When his clues unearth huge corruption among the famous robotics business figures in Pittsburgh, Vic’s investigation seemingly goes down the drain given the disinterest by his commander and colleagues.
But with everything on the line for him, Vic won't rest until he catches a killer who won’t hesitate to shed blood again.
When detectives Vic Lenoski and Liz Timmons of the Pittsburgh Bureau of Police are requested to look into a house fire as an act of benevolence to the district attorney, none of them ever expected to find the lifeless remains of the public defender tied to her bed.
Although the authorities believe that it could be an act of arson, Vic and Liz get immersed into the victim’s life, unleashing a web of secrets—each deadlier than the last one.
As the revelations are uncovered, pressure mounts from all angles for the case to be closed.
And it doesn’t take long before the evidence starts encroaching into Vic and Liz’s personal lives.
When Vic Lenoski’s partner is hospitalized following a devastating house fire, the police detective embarks on a determined quest to catch the arson.
The person of interest, a woman, could also help uncover what truly happened to Vic's teenage daughter who mysteriously vanished.
Putting his life and career on the life, Vic follows clues which take him all the way to North Dakota, where his understanding of good and evil are diminished just as rapidly as his leads.
Desperate to find the answers, will he live long enough to find the truth about his missing daughter and get his life back on track?
